i usually clean my little girls ears with a q-tip (just like humans)!! just make sure you don't push all the way into the drum...i would and do just where it's visible....if you aren't to sure how, you should ask the vet to be pre-cautious...but i clean twix's ears just as if she was human....gently and carefully!!!
