Good Grief!!!!! that is a very strong drug.....I am also finding that not all vets are experienced with Yorkies.....they do require deliberate and careful drug administration.....I am a RN and I worked with adults in ICU.....I would not be really qualified to care for babies or kids......I believe that same thing seems to be true with veterinarians....My son is a zoo vet and he has learned this too.....zoo medicine is a specialty......maybe we need small animal vets too....
Hopefully little bear will improve and please know that yorkie lovers on this board care about him and his mom.
