One thing I do agree with most of you on is the price of an off colored puppy. I don't believe they should advertise them as rare then jack up the price. Those type of breeders, IMO, are doing it just for some extra cash.
this is what is wrong....we don't want the Yorkshire Terrier to change. We don't want to loose our Yorkshire terrier in 100 years and make it into another breed as you say.
and it did take some breeding to make the yorkie what it is today but now it has been perfected, is a standard and should stay that way.
