I have the solution to all of your problems...lol
No really. I use the pishpad!! Anyone heard of it? I bought a huge roll of it and I can cut it to any sizes I want. Sooooo I can line the xpen area and put a peepad on top. If they miss or it seeps through the peepad, the floor is protected! AND these are WASHABLE! Some use them as a peepad but I use them as a liner. I put them under every peepad and line the pens with them

I think it is simply www.pishpad.com ?? I highly recommend, if you can't tell!
