Does it hurt them??? Why is it written in the standard if it is not a natural thing? I was curious about this while I was looking at puppies, but since they all had their tails docked I just thought it was something that was necessary. I should have asked the breeder; I feel terrible thinking that my poor boy was in pain just to look like a show dog....
