yes you do feel really sticky!! I always go at like 4 pm and then i put crappy sheets on my bed and shower in the morning it helps the tan soak in better the longer you wait to shower. If you use the lotion on your hands and feet and you wash your hands right after(water only no soap) you won't have orange palms. oh and it takes a few hours to develop so you won't see the tan instantly it will get darker over the hours oh and if you go in a tanning bed for like 5 mins before this helps the tan soak in better to
