| I have learned from suffering from anorexia for many years that the first thing you need to do is drop the term "DIET". It really needs to be a life style change on your part. Try to cut back on the things you know you shouldnt eat and add the water. EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE. Dont make excuses of why you cant exercise just find a way, walk, run, do squats, pilates whatever you can. Even if you cant go outside walk up and down your stairs (if you have them) whatever it takes.
If you fall off your so called "DIET" dont give up just pick yourself up and start again. You will do it.
