Yorkies can be hard to train.

My advise, along with the previous post, is to keep him with you at all times when he is in the house loose. Keep him tethered to your waist or belt. The ONLY way to break him is to take away his freedom and give redirection when he is caught in the act.
Leash him in the yard and when he goes give him a cheerio reward. If you stick to this consistently for a few weeks, he should be broke. He will love you for it!

Clean all his areas well.
