This isn't a diet, it's just another way of eating, but if you want to really lose all the extra fat in a hurry and keep it off just go for the fresh fruits and veggies. No sugars. Drink water or crystal light. Do you know that drinking sodas, even diet ones, will put weight on you and keep it on you no matter what you eat or don't eat! Give it up if your serious about losing weight. You can also have a very small baked potato and broiled fish once or twice a week. When making a nice salad every day, add some tuna to it. |
