I lost 27 pounds last year by watching what I ate...I ate the same, but smaller portions AND I did cut back on the not so good for you stuff...I walked up to three hours each and every day...some days were three hours all at once (very seldom) others were three times a day (an hour each), etc.
I have since gained back 16 of those nasty pounds! YUCK!
I would like to drop a whopping 34lbs and keep it off!!! I have thought about diet pills, but I don't think there are any good ones or any that are good for you. I have tried the diet shakes - well, the fitness protein shakes from the health food stores, but they didnt' last - I need to get back in my routine of walking and am hoping that with a new swimming pool this summer, that will help a lot too!
