I don't really know where you can get it.There was alot of thread I read last week that had a website but I can't think of it right now.Maybe someone knows the website and will post it for you.
I buy something cheap on ebay and just use that to make the pattern.I just trace it to the fabric I'm using and just upsize or downsize if you have more than one dog.I do it for fun,not an expert but looks decent,not decent enough to sell though.It's nice to see my girls wear it.
