I had the same thing with Friday (shez 6 months old now) and just yesterday I noticed the double teeth on top were a single row now, so I guess they fell out ....

give it time, what did your vet say? I asked if they could be extracted when she was spayed and he said not to worry, they will fall out naturally ... so keep the faith.
