I am buying Bailey a life jacket and I have narrowed it down to these 2 but I can't decide

so I need your help in helping me choose one.....I was in a toss up so much I was about to buy them both LOL Bailey needs a life jacket because my husband just bought a boat and I want to take Bailey for the ride
