v, you can do it.. i know how you feel... im 44 and it hard for me to do..
i get fed up when i get on the scale after going to bed hungry and still
no weight loss.. then i raid the frig and eat anything i get my hands on..
i do the grill chicken every day or some kind of chicken and veggies..
i eat an apple a day and banana if i get hungry ... i also have oatmeal
for breakfast.... im starving..... i just want a big mac from mcdonalds |
