I talked to the vet about Rebel's teeth when he was neutered and the vet said to wait a while because normally the baby teeth push the permanent ones out. That did happen on Reb's bottom canines but is not happening on the top ones. I didn't really start worrying until his breath became "stinky" even after a greenie or me trying to brush his teeth.

I'll be glad when he loves me again and those baby teeth are out
