I think it sounds like your little guy has a personality, just like a human kid. So he might be. I know this doesn't help you, but how cute!!!
And about his teeth, Sadie has not lost all of hers yet and some are doubled. I've had her into the vet. two times in the past three weeks, they never said anything about it. We give her "Greenies" to help out when we can't clean her teeth. I will ask the vet the next time we go in, what we should do about this. Thanks!
