I've never smoked, so I don't know any good methods for stopping, but I wanted to wish you luck. Your health will be so much better if you can only give that up, but I know it's a difficult struggle. My grandpa tried for years to quit smoking, and he finally did...when he died of lung cancer! We thought this would be enough to wake my dad up (well...that and also seeing my grandma wheel around his oxygen tank), but no...my dad still smokes. He says he just doesn't want to quit. So I commend you for making the effort. I'm sure your furbabies will appreciate it too! |
