Aww, I'm not gonna beat ya down because it always takes alot in this day and age to admit to anyone that you smoke. I know, I used to smoke and endured some "looks" here and there. I quit for about the 4th time over 1yr ago. Its always hard for me come spring/summer, my body wants to smoke automatically, but I am not gonna do it this time. I quit with an antidepressant (wellbutrin) and the patch. The antidepressant helped with the usual weight gain and emotions and the patch helped with the nicotine withdrawal. Those damn cigs, they are soooo adictive at so many levels. Good to smoke outside either way, and even better to quit. Your furbabies need you around for a long time.
