Yes...Chanel caught one in Mid air and Cheri managed to catch one that was very young and just learning to fly....neither birdie made it. I think they died of fright but the girls were very proud of themselves and you just can't fault mother nature......I guess they see them as real live squeaky toys

ps...they catch them so quick you couldn't have done anything to prevent it....I was standing right with mine too and there was no way I could have stopped it from happening.....Time to have a little Bird Burial and just hope the other birds learn a lesson and stop flying near the little Hunters
