I think it would be nice if there were a way to certify a dog to be people and store friendly, that they could come in if they were properly contained on a leash, in a carrier or stroller, etc. I just know too many inconsiderate dog owners, who don't really care about their dogs or anyone else, would bring their dog to the store with fleas and who knows what. Soon there wouldn't be a store fit to shop in. And that's not even mentioning cats or other pets.
