SO I bought some organic virgin coconut oil last Friday. I gave my Yorkie a 1/4 tsp to begin with because I read that you're supposed to introduce it slowly and work your way up to 1 tsp (for 10 lbs and under dogs). I think it's working! His breath doesn't stink and he doesnt smell (he usually starts smelling after 3-5 days of giving him a bath)... So I guess it's working! yay for no more smelly dogs!
I put a 1/4 tsp in each of the slots in the ice tray and I just give him a coconut ice cube every morning before I go to work. After that ice tray is done, I'm going to make his dose to 1/2 tsp and so on.. I'm thinking of using it as well. =)
