Like Chachi said, smaller yorkies are just yorkies that are on the smaller side of the standard. Be careful when you look for a small yorkie, it is important to find a breeder that does not irresponsibly breed tiny dogs, or you could end up with a sick puppy.
Almost all yorkies grow long coats, but it depends on the quality of the yorkie, and the type of coat.
