I have several pair, they are not Birkenstock, but they look just like them, that were custom made through my podiatrist from molds of my feet. Very comfy! But at $500 a pair I don't think I would get them if I didn't have insurance. The Birkenstocks sound very similar in fit, though if they mold to your foot.
