We started from day one keeping Chip crated when we left the house, but let him sleep with us at night. He did great at first, but then he started peeing on the bed. We then decided after dealing with that for a whole week that he needed to be crated at night as well. We miss having the little guy with us, but believe me, you will have fewer accidents.
