My Chanel never needed any teeth pulled but Cheri had 4 done when she was spayed....it's pretty common in small breeds to have double teeth....everyone gave you good advise already but I just want to say good luck !! IF you don't trust your vet then it sounds like a good time to find one you're comfortable with and take notes with you so you can ask questions
