I had similar issues with Reggie when he was a baby. I noticed you feed your dog scrambled egg. That can give diarrhea to some dogs. Try some chicken baby food and I know that they can also eat cottage cheese which is fairly gentle to their tummies. I have given my yorkie small amounts of Pepto when he's throwing up and diarrhea.
I know others that probably have a lot more experience and may be able to give more specific advice. The good news is, your puppy will probably grow out of this.
