I honestly have no idea how much it would cost for her dental. I didn't bother getting an estimate because i know that vets vary so much, and if my vet said $300, I didn't want someone mad at me because their vet charged $600, ya know? She's got a couple loose ones that need to go. As for the broken ones, do they pull those? I don't have any idea.
She was definitely not properly taken care of. But she really doesn't show MUCH sign of anything. She almost acts like she totally belongs and that everything's hunky dory. The only time we notice anything is sometimes when we walk up to her, she'll cower. But she lets you pick her up, pet her, she'll sit in your lap, lay in your bed, etc. She cowers most for my husband - we wonder if a male abused her. But for the most part, she still even lets him pick her up and such. She's a great dog and will make a wonderful pet. I only wish we could keep her. If this happened once we were back home, we definitely would be keeping her, but it's going to be a while yet.
