Hello. I felt compelled to respond to you since I have a little boy who is now 1 1/2 years old and had this problem a lot when he was a puppy. My little boy Murphy was not even that small and had about 6 - 7 spells of hypoglycemia until he finally out grew it (knock on wood). I really think the best thing you can do is make sure your little one gets plenty of food. It is so hard since they are such picky eaters but you also have to be careful not to spoil them to where they will never go back to dry food again. I suggest mixing a dry kibble with something wet such as hamburger and rice or chicken and rice. Also my little guy LOVED the baby (gerbers) beef sticks. They are sold on the baby aisle and remind me of those Vienna Sausages. I used to mash them up and mix really well with small dry kibble. I even fed him a not so high quality of dry kibble just so he would eat it. Now that he is older and has a sister who is a piggy he eats what I put down since she does but it was a real scare when he was a baby - I know how it can be. Just try to find something she likes and will eat and stick with it. Switching them so much makes them even pickier and also is not good for their blood sugar level. Good luck and if you ever need to talk or need help - just send me a PM. I would be more than happy to send you some food samples if you need some.
