Wow how sad...hopefully she is found unharmed. I know I would never leave my children alone at that age...even to go to a near by restaurant...ESPECIALLY in a foriegn country?? In this day and age it makes you wonder how the parents could be so trusting?? Obviously this restaurant wasnt close enough to watch the activity of what was going on at this apartment...someone needs to give their head a shake!! Its not harsh to judge the parents in my opinion...its an awful mistake and I hope they get their baby girl home, and if they do I also hope some serious investigation is done on them..
