Is he on flea medication? Have you switched foods recently? Cali has been scratching constantly for nearly a year and we still can't find out why after all the tests meds etc. The vet still thinks it is a food allergy and we are trying to pinpoint the food that is causing it. I know how miserable it is for them and you when they scratch non stop. I just put Cali on steroids Saturday as a last resort and she hasn't scratched at all today which is a miracle but she is peeing all the time and even peed in her sleep.
