oh and any tips he may have on getting a job. Being across the country at this point I have been sending my resume (and everything else) and tried calling. But most places don't answer.
You want to know his tip...all 3 of the interviews that you has had have been from meeting the people face-to-face. The one that he had in St. Louis was from dropping off his resume at a teacher job fair. The two that are taking his name to the board are both from schools that he physically walked his application and resume directly to the contact name. He was able to interveiw on the spot at one school and the other one called him the next morning to set up an interview. Both times, he was able to meet the administrators that way. He told me to tell you that has worked better than anything else. Oh, and follow-up phone calls.

Also, my husband has 2 Master's so he has a bit more options in job openings...maybe something for you to consider in the future. ??
