Whenever I bought a puppy it was as a "potential" show/breeder. That's the chance I took whenever I bought a pup. I would never dream of asking for a refund or anything like that. Potential is just that - not a 100%. If you want a for sure you would need to buy an adult and thus the $$ would be even more. That's just my take on it though!
