I do have to say though I have heard alot of rescues are very hard to adopt from or ever get responces from. I can understand being causous but most are harder to adopt than If you were adopting a child. |
I know that no one will let me adopt a rescue because I have a child and because Pixie's not fixed yet because of all her health problems. We've had to postpone her fixing again because of being on steroids, but the rescues say that makes us irresponsible and won't consider giving us a pup. That's why I was trying to find her a home myself, I can be a little more understanding about some things. And someone could "rescue" her even though a rescue may not allow them to.
