Around here, several of our downtown shops have 'shop dogs' little precious ones that run around the store. It is really cute.
There is a problem with taking pets into stores. You have to remember the people who's dogs have no business in public places. How do the stores keep them out and let us in. At least a service dog has training, one part of the training is being able to behave in public. Just a different thought - I remember a thread recently about a schnauser jumping out of a cart at PetSmart trying to attack a yorkie.
