I got my Coco from a breeder on YTCA (Yorkshire Terrier Club of America). The breeders have to go by ethical standards and the pups are healthy and usually come with health guarantees. The breeders also ask you a lot of questions which is always a good sign because it means they are reputable breeders that care.I would recommend them. But I purchased Coco through phone and internet and she is perfect! She flew 6 hours to get to me and she did great. So I would say be cautious but don't rule it out.
