My boys have an egg every Sunday morning. I fry them in a non-stick skillet with a tiny bit of olive oil. They mostly get the whites, with just a little bit of soft yolk. I do add a little salt for flavor, cut up in small bite size pieces and serve warm. And I mix it with their Canidae dry.
