Our local pet stores are generally good, we have a local store called Jollys and you see loads of dogs in there! We also have a local store that used to be a Pet Smart but is now a Pets at Home (I think they bought out Pet Smart in the UK) and she has always been allowed in there on a lead. We don't even need to carry her! I cant see what the problem is to be honest, especially if you had her in a stroller! I mean, what could she do??!!
