She looks silver to me. The standard is blue. She is lighter than the standard, but she is still beautiful. Sometimes they stay dark black, sometimes they change to blue or silver, it can happen anytime. I have seen some stay dark until they are about 3 or 4 and then turn silver. It just depends on the dog's individual genetics.
