So I have the choice of making either scrambled eggs, or boiled eggs. I'm kind of lost though -

1) How cool do the eggs need to be before they can be consumed? Cool to the touch? Warm?

2) How big should the pieces be?

3) What seasonings (and how much) can I add?

4) Salt is okay, right?


As you can see, I'm totally lost! Any help is appreciated.
