Nope, not at all. You could have an 8 lb mother and father that produce a teeny tiny baby (runt of the litter) and it could grow to be a very small adult. Or vice versa - there could be an average 5 lb mother and a 3 lb daddy that produce a larger 10 lb full grown adult. The size of the parents will give you an estimate at what the size of the babies will be as adults, but there is NEVER a guarantee.
