Default Can my dog be having a false pregnancy?

My male yorkie tried breeding (I thought unsuccessfully) with our female doberman mix about 6 weeks ago, this was her first heat cycle.

Now the female's nipples are getting bigger and I can squeeze milk out of them, however she does not look pregnant, her abdomen is not enlarged.

I suppose if she had one tiny yorkie puppy in her she might not show, I don't know? But what are the chances of her producing milk with a false pregancy?

What would you call a Doberman / Yorkie cross - Dorkies? LOL New designer breed. Just joking, I really didn't think he could get the job done, if in fact he did, or I would have tried to keep them separate. He wouldn't have let me sleep, but I wouldn't be asking this question.

Anyway, has anyone had any experience with something like this?
