actually, I looked into this, and it's not as bad as it looks.
The lady that did this sewed a special, snug harness for the little chi. She only let the dog up for a few seconds for the picture. The rest of the time, she held the dog in her arms as they walked in the parade (Pooch Fest in San Antonio).
She had the dog tied off to her just in case she accidentally let go (which she didnt).
It kind of looks fun to me. Did any of you ever see a movie called "Danny Deckchair"? I recommend renting it. It's about a guy who tied off a bunch of ballons to a lawn chair and went WAY UP. He lands in another part of Australia and starts a new life. Funny. |
