As for possible boredom I played more with her today and took her on a walk and she seems totally fine when she plays and goes on walks. The weight loss and fatigue started around 1-1 1/2 months ago. The diarrhea only started a week ago and turned in some degree of constipation after the vet gave us stuff for her to take a couple of days ago.

We were giving her Nutri Cal but I looked on the back and found out we weren't giving enough so I gave her more today. We'll see if that helps her appetite.

The only thing I know that happened at the start of all this was while her mom had her with her in Pittsburg she gave her a bite of Salmon. Annabelle had diarrhea for a day after that and then not again until a week ago. I can't imagine one bite of salmon would do all this and for so long though... anyone have any ideas about that? I'm sure it was fully cooked too, but I will find out.

Thanks again!! Any more suggestions or ideas appreciated...
I have read that Yorkies should not have Salmon in their diet, although Charlie does eat a kibble that has salmon oil and white fish. As you know, Salmon is very rich and with traveling, change of water and stress, she may have gone into Pancreatitis, which is painful. Unfortunately, some of these pups just don't take to eating a human diet and have intense results. A blood test will verify her protein levels.
