Cookie had that and the incision looked nothing like that. It was red but not swollen and the stitches looked tighter and closer together. Your incision pics look blurry so it's hard to tell. The incision appears to be zig zag?
It looks so painful. I hope he get's well soon. It's awful when they feel miserable  The good thing about dogs is that they recover amazingly fast!
