When I got my female, Hokule'a, her dew claws had been removed. So when I got my male, Kalani, I assumed his had also but as time went on I noticed he had one growing on his left paw and it felt 'loose'. When I took him to be neutered the vet checked it and said she'd remove it, she also discovered that on his right paw there was a deformed one under the skin that she felt would cause problems later so she removed it also.
I would have your vet check it out and see if it needs to be removed or is okay to leave alone.
