No, there's no upfront costs other than the cost of the catalogues and your paper bags, invoices, etc. Only ends up being a few dollars every campaign. You collect everyone's orders, then submit it all at once. The money you charge the clients is more than what Avon will charge you when the package comes in - thus there's your profit. You have a few weeks to pay for the stuff they sent you so your clients pay your package and there is no fronting of costs. Your discount on the goods is deeper depending on how much you've sold that month. It's not a scam, don't worry about being taken in.
