Right. The problem is that we cannot find a good puppy no matter what the breed is. ill, poorly treated puppies of strange, mix breeds go for a $1000. Ridiculous. I wish I could save all of those puppies, but my means are limited. Me buying one of them won't change the facts, it would just stress me out.
I just googled a Shih Tzu breeder in the UAE today, I'll try to get in touch with them. Hopefully something good will turn out.
