PErsonally I would fill the bath enough to cover his feet and add baby oil to the water - I don't know if that would work - but that's what I would try - add enough oil so that it can soak in and try pulling the tape off in the tub - then you can shampoo him when you get it off...
lol...Is he appplying for a UPS Position or something ? Does he have a sister or brother ? He may be holding them hostage somewhere all duck taped up
