I think you should rehome that troublesome puppy right this very minute. She is obviously not socialized and will need extensive training and rehabilitation.
Now I just happen to be a puppy rehabilitator so if you would please send her to me I will see that she gets the proper doggy skills she needs. You will never have to worry about it again.
Seriously though, I feel your pain. Eventually she'll come around even if it kills you. (Man I just can't stop the teasing today!)
