No offense intended - at ALL, but was your insurance company aware that you had these dogs? Again. . .no offense intended, this is what I was told by my insurance agent and a friend of mine who had a pitt bull when she bought her first house and was unable to attain homeowners insurance unless she got rid of the dog. I actually thought this was a little crazy at the time, because my friend and her husband loved that dog! However, my brother owned a Rott and he trained him and he also had him trained and the dog one day, up and attacked a horse. Then he had to have the dog put down. How much FUN is THAT!!!

I don't like these breeds personally, because I don't ever want an animal that I cannot control. Besides that, I don't understand why anyone would want an animal with the potential to kill!?! These little yorkies are small and lovable and brave, but NOT VIOLENT - EVER!!! Atleast not any that I've ever heard of or had.
I am only trying to help her, obviously she is trying to get around her husband's want of a potentially violent animal. Especially with a small child in the home! I am only passing on information, not trying to make this a "sticky" subject!
IT WOULD BE SO NICE IF YOU COULD BOTH GET WHAT YOU WANT, BUT I WOULDN'T GIVE IN TO THIS ONE!!! GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND I HOPE YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND WORK THIS OUT!!!
